Bored and shopping for cars, I excitedly realized that since the release of the Huracan, that Gallardos (Gallardi?) are probably going to be cheap soon, if not already. Not that I can afford one, but the early models (before they shortened the headlights and ruined the looks) are actually one of my favorite models they have produced.
To my disappointment, most are around $90,000- $100,000 on cars.com.

Where it gets odd is that a comparable mucielago is only $50,000 more.

You would figure a significantly more collectable/capable car would be worth significantly more. Guess not.
What is wrong with this world?

They look similar enough to the new ones that their value is staying up. Most punters don’t know the difference.

The audi is a great car, but the styling bores me to tears. Hence the Lamborghinis.

I think what you're seeing is there is a much bigger market for a $100k car than there is for a $150k car. More buyers = higher prices.
